This place has a lot of potential. Located at a prime /central london location. Lots of good eateries near by. However we sadly left a couple hours into our stay. Didnt get a positive vibe ,felt unsafe as we were travelling with children. The gentleman at reception was very kind and helpful Rooms were clean Appliances such as fan and heater dusty. Corridors were dirty.

DO NOT BOOK! I honestly wish I had trusted the bad reviews before booking, because they turned out to be true last week. The cleanliness was really poor. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room and visible mold, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was extremely small and felt dirty and neglected. It didn’t feel comfortable or hygienic at all. THEY WERE EVEN SURPRISED WHEN WE MENTIONED IT TO THEM, AS IF THEY DON'T HAVE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS. The room was much smaller than it looked online, and the photos were VERY misleading. Everything felt old and poorly maintained. On top of that, the room didn’t feel safe at all, the door barely locked and it felt like it would be very easy for someone to come in which made it hard to relax. ALSO BARELY ANY HEATING. Genuinely, when you have so many bad reviews about the same things, just make an effort to fix it how is that so difficult?!

Our room was a bit small but great location right by Queensway but still not noisy. Reception service from Makram was great very friendly and thoughtful which wAs great as we'd had a harrowing day

I was shocked by the number of negative reviews and thought about canceling my reservation before arrival, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The staff were very friendly and helped me carry my luggage to the room, which was wonderful, very clean, comfortable, and had a small balcony. The hotel is close to the city center, just a few minutes from the metro station, with shops and restaurants nearby. For a two-star hotel, it was much better than I expected. Don’t be misled by the bad reviews, which are honestly unfair.
