Avoid at all costs: Filthy and unprofessional Believe the negative reviews. Would leave zero stars if I could. I needed a basic, clean place in London for less than 24 hours for an event, but this was abysmal. I only stayed because it was non-refundable and I was too exhausted to move. The hygiene is shocking—the duvet was covered in yellow stains and what appeared to be dried blood, and the pillow was also covered with a large yellow stain. When I showed the duvet and sheets to the receptionist, she got frustrated and said, "This is all we have." To make matters worse, I had to make three trips up and down the stairs (no lift) to resolve issues, only for the staff to make a sarcastic comment about me "having a difficult day." Beyond the filth, the "hotel" is actually an apartment masquerading as a hotel with zero soundproofing and terrible ventilation. Good luck staying there in the summer! Between the wooden flooring and thin walls, you hear everything, including the piping. If you value hygiene, safety, sleep, and basic service, avoid this place like the plague!

It's a comfy and easy accomodation for a short trip or vacation to London, if it's near Paddington/Hyde Park where you want to stay. The neighborhood it's pretty silent and locals are nice. It's near Queensway, Wich is a famous street with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Rooms are small, but the staff is kindly happy to make you enjoy your stay! The receptionist Suresh is very nice! he made our stay way lighter!
