About Pembridge Palace Hotel
Breakfast and a restaurant on site give Pembridge Palace Hotel a straightforward appeal, with a bar area and outdoor seating in the garden offering somewhere to unwind after a day's sightseeing. Drinks can be brought to your room too, and with a pub, restaurant and eatery all nearby on Princes Square, there's no shortage of options for evening meals beyond the hotel itself.
The hotel has 120 rooms, including family rooms with en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi and a lift for easier access to the upper floors. Rooms are functional rather than spacious, and some have been reported as needing better upkeep, so this is a place better suited to those prioritising location and value over room size or polish.
Set in Greater London, the hotel is well placed for getting around, with tube stations and Hyde Park within easy reach and London Paddington around three-quarters of a mile away. Windsor Great Park is also a notable point of interest for those wanting to venture further afield. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, which goes some way to making up for the compact rooms.

What guests say
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone at the reception made us feel very welcome and was always kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff were just as lovely, and the cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Our experience was completely different from the negative reviews we had read on Google — in the best possible way. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Pembridge Palace Hotel. Initially, our room was not what we had expected, but Mohammed at Reception went above and beyond to help us. He listened carefully to our concerns, was extremely kind, professional and understanding, and managed to find us a much better room. His positive attitude and willingness to help completely changed our experience and made our stay much more enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Underground and many attractions, but the outstanding customer service we received from Mohammed is what we will remember most. Thank you, Mohammed, for your kindness and support. You made our trip to London even more special. Kind regards, Roumpini & Anna 🇬🇷❤️🇬🇧

I was at the hotel from July 5 to July 10, room 423. The hotel is clean, I liked everything. There is an elevator. There is no air conditioning, they gave 2 fans. There is a private bathroom. The bed is comfortable. Every day they gave free water, brewing, sugar, etc. in the room. The hotel staff is very friendly. The location is excellent, quiet area. The windows open.

Okay hotel. It's in a fantastic spot of London only a short walk away from multiple tube stations. it's a great choice for a cheap hotel that's close to the city center. I stayed in a single room and it was extremely cramped. Doable, but good information to know. There is no phone, no microwave, no ice availability, no washcloths weirdly? and there was no AC. this is understandable as it is an old building in London, but being there in a 90 F week and coming back to a hotel that was unbearably hot was not enjoyable. It's worth noting that the back patio area is LOVELY. It is where smokers go so if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke it may not be for you but it was a great respite from the heat of our rooms.
