About Premier Inn London Kings Cross
York Way runs straight into the heart of King's Cross, and Premier Inn London Kings Cross sits right along it, putting the station and the wider rail network within easy walking distance. It's a practical base for exploring central London, with plenty of pubs, restaurants and eateries dotted around the surrounding streets for evenings out.
Inside, the hotel has 281 rooms across five floors, all en-suite, with lift access and accessible rooms available. Beds and air conditioning are a particular strength, and rooms are generally well insulated from outside noise, though some have been reported as needing better upkeep. Breakfast and a restaurant are available on site, along with drinks in room and 24-hour reception for late arrivals or early starts.
Staff are consistently described as helpful and friendly, which counts for a lot in a hotel this size. Parking isn't available on site, but chargeable parking can be found nearby at the NCP on Euston Road. It's a straightforward, well-located choice for anyone prioritising proximity to King's Cross over frills.
What guests say
Location is great, and overall the hotel is fine. Staff is kind and helpful, which is always a plus. Breakfast is excellent, and is served in a very comfortable restaurant. Negatives: shower leaked, soap is clearly mixed with water, bed is not great. For 3 days or less, one of the best options for families

we were looking for a location close to Eurostar and having stayed at premier inns in England before, we selected this hotel. GREAT choice I must say! Staff member Kristina went way beyond just helping us. She kept us informed about cleaning progress since we had arrived early. She just had a professional and caring attitude which was really appreciated. The room was clean and very quiet providing a great sleep.

Stefan at the reception is highly professional! An asset to the hotel! Made my family's stay memorable! Thank you! Great location! On the downside, lifts often not working properly during our 2 weeks stay! Breakfast doesn't offer much choice and if something run out, is not immediately filled again. (We had to ask everyday when they were no eggs, no yogurt and no bananas left). People working there should be more aware of what is missing.
