Being a returning guests from Australia after 12 months both my wife and I had the same expectations regarding the quality of service, location, comfortable beds, quality linen and sizeable rooms. Nothing has changed and the same 5 star service was there and did not disappoint. The same 3 professional reception staff, Ellie, Tamara and Lucrezia certainly made our stay over 10 days very pleasant and enjoyable. The fact that the same staff are there after our 12 months absence is a testament that they enjoy their job and do it well in a very transit profession. They care about their guests. Thank you again Sun Street. We will be back again same time next year and hope to see you all again.

The best, coziest, friendliest , the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in!!!! Thank you to the staff for being helpful and supporting. Bed is super comfortable, its dead quiet and the shower .........OH MY GOD - I could stay for hours :) Breakfast is yummy. Location is perfect, 5 mins from Liverpool street so for me arriving from Stansread super eary to reach. From the hotel to Oxford street / Soho etc is about 15 mins. Thank you everybody for an amazing stay!!! I will definitely be back with my family. Helena

My partner and I had the loveliest time here for my birthday weekend and the room was spectacular, the facilities were fantastic and the staff were kind and accommodating. Lucrezia at the front desk was cheerful and helpful and everyone else we encountered was the same. A huge thank you to them for making our stay so memorable.

Best hotel experience anywhere in many years. Construction across street wasn’t an issue and almost completed-so even better. Will be hopefully staying here on all London visits for many years to come.
