About The Angus Hotel

King's Cross has long been one of London's busiest gateways, with its mix of station bustle, pubs and restaurants close at hand, and Argyle Square offers a quieter perch just off the main thoroughfare. The Angus Hotel occupies this spot, giving guests easy access to central London while keeping some distance from the noise of the station itself.

The hotel's 35 rooms are kept clean with daily housekeeping, though some are on the compact side and the walls can let sound through between rooms. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, which goes some way to smoothing over the tighter quarters. There's a restaurant and bar on site, breakfast is served, and free WiFi and luggage storage are available for those passing through.

Free on-site parking is a genuine plus in an area where it's otherwise hard to come by. The hotel also functions as a wedding venue, and with pubs, restaurants and other eateries all nearby, there's no shortage of places to eat and drink beyond the hotel itself.

I was very surprised by my experience with this hotel. The staff probably left the biggest impression, they were extremely nice and helpful, speaking in a very calm tone and all my encounters with them was pleasant. The room is tidy, with free water, tea and coffee packets. Overall a very good experience

The hotel was close to kings cross station, which was ideal. The room was a bit cramped as was the bathroom. The room would be better if it had a small fridge to keep drinks cold. The service was excellent.

Very small room but perfect for one person Kettle tea coffee and Uht milk provided, very convenient 24h reception, this is great Minutes away from St Pancras/Kingscross Windows too thin, hear all outside And walls paper thin, inconsiderate screaming guests during night are very hearable! Need hearplugs!

Had a lovely stay in this Hotel! We got a reservation for the second week of September and had a lovely room at the first floor right beside the staircase. The room was really hot, but it was perfect since it was the first cold week of the autumn season. Room was cleaned daily! It's true that in London rooms are small, but we managed for 5 days, it wasn't that hard. We could store our bags easily beside the bed or under. The bathroom is small but the important thing was that it was ALWAYS clean. That was a priority for us and we were really satisfyed with the service lf the Angus Hotel. The staff was kind and always there if you needed anything. It was so close to King's Cross, St.Pancreas and Euston station! It was a perfect location for us to get both trains, busses and the subway. I happily recommend this Hotel, I'll come back next time I'll visit the city for sure.🥰
