It was an amazing experience. We had some fabulous food and they are really kind and welcoming to people. The food we had was delicious and the drinks were to die for! If you’re looking for a relaxing and happy meal I would recommend it .

Somewhat disappointing experience. Unfortunately waiter untrained - does now know any details of the food on the menu so unable to clarify some of the dishes. However he really tried his best and sought advice. Rib. Eye poor quality meat - tough. Greens very basic and over cooked. Tomato and onion salad ok. Chicken just about fine. Tiramisu was lot better than the main courses. Browns would be a better choice for the hotel.

Had the mushroom risotto which was delicious. Went with the family and it was absolutely lovely to have such kind and considerate service from Rajat. Hope to go again soon! Also delicious chocolate fondant and vanilla ice cream!

A relatively quiet Sunday afternoon. We were a table of 6 Carluccios is not good value (eg olives £7, kids menu £12, kids juice £4 etc). Food was distinctly average. Service was appalling 1) The only way to get the wait staffs attention was to walk up to the front of the restaurant and ask them (to order, replace a dropped spoon, for the bill) - nobody came to check on us 2) When food and drinks did arrive they were put onto the table randomly, ie not to the person that ordered them 3) By the time we finished our meal we were surrounded by many dirty plates and glasses - not a single thing was cleared between starters, main course and dessert.
