What visitors say
We went as a family of five for a quick game of bowling. It is so much fun. There is an arcade behind the lanes which is fun to play in. You need a few extra pounds to really enjoy the slot machines or the video or activity games. The children can claim tickets which you can then trade in for prizes. The staff are kind and generous. It is very well organised and run and a great hangout for teenagers. Because there are lots of helpful staff the vibe is always noisy but pleasant. It is a nice blend of people with tiny kids for parties, teenagers hanging out and older people tolerating the noise!! A great place for a family activity.

Wonderful staff especially Jaimie and Amy so attentive and helpful. It was my sisters daughters birthday and wanted to have a good day and they made it happen. They are a credit to your bowling rink.We pre booked online. Thank you. ☺️

Avoid this place! Got given our lane late because someone was on there and by the time we got there we only had 30 mins Nish the manager is an embarrassment to the place all he kept saying was they opened the lane at 530 and when I explained thay someone was on there he did not care couldnt finish our game because time had run out the place needs a clean. How this place is still operating I do not no. £70 wasted and we were literally kicked out within 30 mins its a joke! The toilets are also grim period blood everywhere. Shut this place down!

Well what can I say? First off things started ok. Got there a little earlier than expected but was allowed on to the lane as we were early. Set up the game and after a few bowls noticed the computer (lane 7) wasn’t reading the score correctly and was either not reading it or adding extra scores. It even gave one of us an extra turn and then skipped the other 2 by only giving them 1 bowl. Also noticed lots of cut marks on certain balls which wasn’t rolling correctly where as the balls without cuts were rolling fine. Then after the game me, my partner and my teen decided to sit to eat before going into the arcade area. As we sat down we noticed just 1 member of staff (a young female who’s name I didn't get) who spent a lot of time talking to a male (not sure if partner or friend) and didn’t even acknowledge us. Then after 20 minutes from ordering things to the table my partner went to check what was going on. The staff member said she didn’t know as there was no till paper and then told my partner he should have just gone up to order instead. Then had to wait over 20 more minutes before there was any sign of the food being ordered. What makes things worse (and this isn’t the fault of the staff member) she had to leave the floor to get the food which looked severely undercooked! The fact she had to leave the floor is a risk in itself! But what didn’t help was there was teens running around all over the place where the bar is as if it was a playground and yes the staff member was alone behind the bar she didn’t even attempt to stop them running! Then we found that the change machines kept glitching and either wouldn’t take coins or wouldn’t take notes. Then come to find the ticket claw machine glitched and took money (it didn’t go back to start position and just kept dropping as if I pressed the button which I didn’t and then said the money was gone). My teen daughter also tried a few machines that didn’t pay out the tickets and when she went to find the girl who was on the bar area she was gone. Then by the time we decided to leave there was a young male behind the bar who looked very overwhelmed especially as he was the only one overseeing the whole premises!! I find it absolutely ridiculous that yes it wasn’t a very busy time like school holidays etc but there was plenty of people there and some of the kids running riot and trying to break the machines! This place needs a very big overhaul as there is something seriously wrong!
