Eyam

Eyam comes fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The ground floor has an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing an electric oven, hob and microwave, a separate dining area that opens to a patio, and a comfortable sitting room with Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are all included, along with Wi-Fi throughout.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms—one double and one with two single beds—and two bathrooms, one ensuite to the master. The property sleeps four and is yours alone. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, though you'll need to bring your own cot linen. One dog is welcome. There's parking for four cars on site, and the village pub is within a mile's walk.

The cottage sits on ten acres of wooded grounds with a marked circular trail through the trees. A lake on the property is part of the landscape, and the setting attracts plenty of wildlife. No smoking inside.
