Hassop is a substantial stone-built house set within ten acres of woodland on the edge of Darwin Forest. The grounds include a shared walking trail and a private lake. The property sleeps nine across five bedrooms spread over three floors, with four bathrooms and shower rooms. Ground floor has an open-plan living and dining space with kitchen, plus a bedroom and shower room. The first floor holds three further bedrooms with en-suites. The top floor has the fifth bedroom with its own en-suite. Parking for four cars is on site, and there is a patio area with garden furniture overlooking the grounds.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking and includes a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The house does not permit smoking. Families with young children will find a travel cot and highchair available on request, though you will need to bring your own cot linen. The location suits those wanting countryside walks and space for a larger group, with horse riding and watersports available nearby in the area.
