Ascot Villa

You enter Ascot Villa into an open-plan kitchen and dining space where bi-fold doors frame the garden beyond. The kitchen handles proper cooking – electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer – while the adjoining living room centres on a woodburner and a 49-inch television. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the ground floor, along with a shower room. Upstairs are three further bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The top floor holds a fourth bedroom with its own en suite shower room.

The bedrooms sleep eight in total: one offers a zip-and-link super king (or two singles on request), two are kingsize, and one has bunks. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; logs for the woodburner are too. The enclosed garden has seating and a barbecue, with private parking for two cars.

Sheringham's town centre with shops and restaurants lies nearby, and the beach – sandy and pebbly – is a few minutes' walk. Sheringham Park, 1000 acres of landscaped grounds with coastal paths, is also close by. The property does not accept children under five, and smoking is not permitted.
