Scira is a Victorian cottage across three floors in a quiet street of Sheringham, a short walk from the beach and town centre. The ground floor holds an open-plan living space with a 50-inch smart TV, a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, and a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs are four bedrooms: a double, and three singles spread across the first and second floors, along with a bathroom and separate toilet. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered.

An enclosed courtyard garden with decking and furniture opens from the kitchen. The property sleeps six and welcomes one pet free of charge. Sheringham itself has museums, cliff-top golf, the North Norfolk Railway, and Sheringham Park; the mainline station connects to Cromer, Wroxham and Norwich. The Norfolk Broads, various coastal villages, Blickling Hall, BeWILDerwood and Amazonia Zoo are within reach. Shops, pubs and restaurants are 200 yards away, and the beach the same distance.
