The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with a dining zone and kitchen, meaning you can cook, eat and relax without moving between rooms. One bedroom has a king bed with its own ensuite; the other two have single beds. There's a second bathroom with a full bath and shower. The kitchen comes equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer—while the living area has a Smart TV and DVD player for quieter evenings. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all covered.

Parking for two cars sits on the property, and a small garden with patio and barbecue looks out from the back. The town centre of Wells-next-the-Sea is walkable away, with shops, pubs and restaurants within five minutes on foot. From here you can reach Blakeney for seal-spotting trips, Hunstanton's traditional seafront, or explore the nearby National Trust estates and Holkham Hall. Fakenham, Cromer and Sheringham are all within reach for day trips, along with stretches of coastline suited to walks and birdwatching.
