Wells-next-the-Sea offers sailing, windsurfing, horse riding and cycling on the doorstep, plus a sandy beach a mile from the harbour. The RSPB nature reserve is close by, Holkham Hall and its parkland lie two miles away, and Sandringham is ten miles inland. The town itself centres on shops, pubs and restaurants within a short walk, and the harbour is known for fresh shellfish landed daily.
Wherry Cottage is a traditional flint and brick semi-detached property set in a small courtyard of four houses in the town centre. Downstairs holds a living and dining room with Freeview TV and DVD player, and a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate toilet on this floor. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds, served by a shower room. The cottage sleeps four and comes with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking for one car (height limit 1.8 metres). An enclosed courtyard garden with patio and seating is twenty feet away. Smoking is not permitted.

A lovely old building, great location. Kitchen has great facilities for 2 but not 3 or 4 which it sleeps. Not the cleanest.

Lovely cottage, cosy too, 'enclosed garden' separate from building and tiny so not too great or convenient for dog/dogs.

Lovely clean cottage. Warm and comfortable. Good bed. Near everything you will need. Dog loved it. Private little garden a bonus.
