Wells-next-the-Sea is a working fishing town on the North Norfolk coast, with a proper harbour, independent shops and pubs within walking distance. The Crown and Anchor sits on the first floor above Arthur Howell Butchers, reached by stairs, and comes as a complete property for four people: two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a bathroom with bath and shower, and a living and dining space with television. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave; French doors open onto a roof terrace furnished for sitting outside.

Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered in the rent. The sandy beach is roughly a mile away, and the quay with its small fishing fleet is within easy reach on foot. Holkham Hall and its parkland lie two miles south. This is a no-smoking property. A pay-and-display car park sits ten yards away if you need it.
