Jicklings is a detached cottage sleeping eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, positioned in the centre of Wells-next-the-Sea within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and the quayside. Downstairs you'll find a sitting room with a 32" TV and DVD player opening onto a kitchen with a full range of appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, plus a dining area. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a shower room and a family bathroom. The top floor holds two further bedrooms, each with single beds. The property has its own enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue, parking for two cars, and a bike store.

Essentials including bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are all provided. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The location puts you within reach of Holkham's stately grounds two miles away and Burnham Market five miles on; Norwich lies thirty miles south for city attractions. The seasonal mini train runs from the quayside to the beach, and the Coasthopper bus connects to towns further along the coast. Note that the cottage has open spiral stairs, and smoking is not permitted inside.
