The three-storey property sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged with a ground-floor bedroom and shower room, two more bedrooms on the first floor, and a full bathroom with both bath and separate shower cubicle at the top. The main living space is open-plan on the ground floor, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking rather than holiday shortcuts. One dog is welcome and stays free.

Sheringham itself is animated with small independent shops, a beach, and a golf course overlooking the sea. The Craft Bakery is nearby, as is a pub within a mile. Sheringham Park, with over a thousand acres of woodland walks, sits close by, and serious birdwatchers have RSPB Cley Marshes and Pensthorpe Nature Reserve within reach. The cottage has a back garden with seating and furniture. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking inside. On-road parking is available roughly 100 yards away, with a nearby council car park a short walk off.
