Sandrock House

Sandrock House comes with everything needed for a self-catering stay: electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all provided. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine, so you can prepare meals or do laundry as required. Three bathrooms mean minimal queuing, with two ensuite shower rooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The layout spreads across three floors. Ground floor holds the living room with 40-inch smart TV and a separate kitchen-dining space. The first floor has a king bedroom with patio doors to a balcony and its own shower room, plus a twin bedroom with a family bathroom. The second floor offers another twin bedroom with ensuite shower. The house sleeps six in total. A front garden with bench and on-road parking are available; smoking is not permitted.

The beach is 50 yards away, with a pub, restaurant and shops within 300 yards. Sheringham itself has a busy high street with independent shops and cafés. The North Norfolk coast around here offers wide beaches, nature reserves at Cley and Pensthorpe, Sheringham Park to explore, and easy access to Cromer pier and Blakeney further along.
