The Little House

The Little House stands on a working farm in North Norfolk, where a heated swimming pool and tennis court operate seasonally from late May through early September. The property itself is a single-storey cottage, all on ground level, with a king bed, a combined living and kitchen area, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Everything you need for self-catering is here—the kitchen has a two-ring hob and combined microwave/oven, while electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. A welcome pack and garden furniture with sitting area complete the setup.

The pool (12m x 6m, depths from 1.2m to 2.7m) is shared with one other property on-site; mornings are 9am–noon, with afternoons available by arrangement. The tennis court runs 9am–4pm during the season and is shared with the owners and another property—bring your own rackets and balls. There is a pond in the grounds 150 yards from the cottage, unfenced. The cottage suits couples looking for a quiet Norfolk base; children and infants are not accommodated. No smoking is permitted.
