Trinity Cottage

Wells-next-the-Sea offers enough to keep you occupied without leaving town. The harbour is steps away, with sailing and fishing trips available, the famous ex-lifeboat Lucy Layers running charter outings, and the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway nearby. Holkham Hall and its grounds lie close by for a day out. The town itself has independent shops and a growing food scene, so you can spend days simply exploring on foot.

Trinity Cottage is a detached 19th-century property in a conservation area, set back from the quay so traffic noise is not a problem. The ground floor holds a sitting room with a wood burner, dining room and kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs are two bedrooms—a double and a twin accessed through it—sharing a bathroom with shower over the bath. The cottage sleeps four. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; logs for the fire come with the booking. One dog stays free, and there is parking for one car on site. The property is not suitable for smoking.
