Brier Dene Farm Cottages - Brier Dene Middle Cottage
North Tyneside
View on Google MapsBrier Dene Middle Cottage is arranged entirely on one floor: a living and dining room with a woodburner, a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, two bedrooms (one double, one single) and a shower room. The cottage sits on a quiet arable farm where Welsh mountain ponies graze in the fields you can see from the front patio. Electricity, bed linen, towels and initial logs for the woodburner are included.
The location works both ways—rural enough to feel removed, yet only a few minutes' walk from a pub and within two miles of Seaton Sluice beach. St Mary's Lighthouse is reachable on foot. The Waggonways Cycle Path runs nearby for longer explorations, and the owner provides details of local walks and routes. Cullercoats and Tynemouth are close by, each with beaches, independent shops, pubs and food options. The cottage suits couples or three people travelling together, though it is not suitable for smoking.
