Downstairs, the living room has an open fire and doors onto the garden, which faces south and comes with patio furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven and hob, Rayburn, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are all here. Upstairs, three double bedrooms have 4ft 6in beds and the fourth has two singles; all four rooms have their own shower cubicle and toilet. A separate bath is also available. Wifi, electricity, heating and bed linen are included, along with fuel for the fire and towels.
The village has shops within 100 yards and a restaurant and inn nearby. Whitby is 13 miles away, York 35. No smoking throughout the property. Arrival is after 15:00, departure before 10:00.
