The Garth

This semi-detached house in Whitby is built on a human scale, with a lawned front garden and an enclosed rear garden that gives it real separation from the street. The interior spreads across two floors with three bedrooms—a king bed with ensuite, a second king bed, and a bunk bed (double base, single above)—plus two bathrooms and a shower room. A living room with gas fire and television, a dining room and a well-stocked kitchen give families space to spread out and cook properly. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen and wifi are all included in the price.

The property sits in a quieter pocket of Whitby, away from the town centre chaos but close enough to reach it easily. Parking is private on site; additional spaces are available on the road. One dog is welcome to stay free of charge, and the enclosed garden makes it easy to let them out without worry. There is bike storage to use, and a travel cot and highchair available on request. The rear seating area works well for al fresco meals or simply watching the garden. No smoking inside. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
