Loch Tay Lodges - Dipper Boathouse

Dipper Boathouse is a contemporary timber lodge built on the water's edge at Loch Tay, near Aberfeldy. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a kitchen with electric hob, oven and dishwasher; a bathroom with underfloor heating, bath and walk-in shower; a bedroom with king-size bed positioned to face the loch; and a living space with wood-burning stove and dining area. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, as is the initial fuel for the stove. A private hot tub seats four and overlooks the water.

The lodge is one open-plan room on the ground floor, designed by an architect and finished in a spare, modern style. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a terrace. A utility room provides storage for boots and wet weather gear. The property sits within fifty acres of private woodland and meadow, with parking for two cars. It is a no-smoking space. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
