About Brocklands Farm
Tucked into a quiet fold of the Meon Valley, Brocklands Farm offers genuinely peaceful South Downs camping with direct access to the Meon Valley Trail and links to the South Downs Way from the top of the farm. The handful of spacious grass pitches—non-electric and kept deliberately few—overlook green pastures where brown hares, roe deer, red kites and buzzards are regular visitors, making this a genuine wildlife haven for patient observers.
Facilities are minimal: drinking water and chemical disposal only, so come self-sufficient. That said, West Meon village is an easy stroll away for supplies, with a well-stocked community shop, butcher and a pub serving meals. The lack of mod cons keeps things simple and the atmosphere tranquil—ideal if you're here primarily to walk the national park's excellent trails.
Rally groups and well-behaved dogs are welcome year-round, and the level grass pitches give plenty of elbow room.
