Brickwood Farmhouse

Winchester Cathedral, the South Coast beaches and Goodwood are all within an hour's drive of Brickwood Farmhouse. The property itself occupies 4 acres in the South Downs National Park, surrounded by countryside that rolls away uninterrupted, with ancient trees and grazing animals on the organic farm beyond. Despite this peaceful isolation, London is reachable in about an hour by car.

The farmhouse has five bedrooms split across two floors and four bathrooms, sleeping ten guests in total. The ground floor contains a drawing room with a wood burner and a large kitchen/dining space where the Aga is paired with modern appliances including a combi oven and American-style fridge. Upstairs, two bedrooms have en-suites; the others share a family bathroom. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. The grounds include a heated outdoor swimming pool (May to September), lawn croquet, garden furniture and a gas barbecue. One small to medium-sized dog is welcome. The driveway accommodates six cars. No smoking indoors; this is a family and friends space, not suitable for parties.
