Walk through the door at Woodbine Cottage and you step straight into a warm living room with an electric woodburner, the kind of space that pulls you in on a rainy afternoon. The ground floor flows between this room and a kitchen-diner where you can cook proper meals; the kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, and everything else needed for self-catering. A dining table and sofa mean the space works for both cooking and gathering. Upstairs, a narrow staircase (watch your head) leads to two bedrooms: a double and a twin, plus a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The cottage sits in a quiet rural lane near Plympton, which is minutes from local shops, restaurants and supermarkets—close enough that you can walk to them, far enough that you feel properly removed from it all. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive for hiking and cycling; Saltram House, a National Trust property with riverside walks, is also within reach. If you are travelling with a pet, they stay free. Parking for one car is on site, with additional road parking available. Bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are included. The cottage does not permit smoking.
