About Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre Lockyers Quay

Step into one of the 84 rooms at Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre Lockyers Quay and you'll find an en-suite bathroom, drinks available in the room, and the straightforward comfort the brand is known for. Accessible rooms are available, and while most guests find the rooms clean and comfortable, some have noted they can run a little warm, so it's worth bearing in mind if you prefer a cooler night's sleep.

Downstairs there's a restaurant serving breakfast, and a nearby pub is often mentioned as a good spot for food. Staff on the 24 hour reception are consistently described as friendly and helpful. The hotel has an electric vehicle charge point, and on-site parking is available, though it's chargeable and limited on a first-come, first-served basis - if it's full, the Harbour Car Park is a short walk away.

The location makes it easy to reach Plymouth's Barbican and the Hoe on foot, with a pub and bar close by for evenings out. Golf, fishing, horse riding and entertainment are all available nearby too, making this a practical base for exploring Plymouth and the surrounding Devon coast.

We had a night away and as we had stayed once before we thought yes go again ! But this time was not good . We was put in a room with no air con and the window only opened ajar , on the main road . They only gave one bath towel and a hand towel for 2 adults . They had put a fan in the room but it was not enough x my husband struggled as he has a heart condition and is advised to not get over heated . So I went to reception where a young man was sitting alone .I explained that we only had one towel , and we where not wanting to stay in this room . He said as your only staying one night we had to have that room . I said that one night away means a lot to us and we always stay in the premier inns . I said I won't be staying again . His answer was fair enough . So we never got offered any other help or support which I must state in the room they have a information sheet stating if we ha e a problem they will help !!! I will never stay again . Also I was informed by a waiter in the restaurant that they where closing down soon due to funds . Poor service 😢 im not happy ...dont waste your money

Kerry was lovely on arrival, quick check in, sorted my car parking out & straight to my room, exactly what you need after a 9hour drive. Rooms are your typical premier inn rooms but clean, and kept to a good standard

There are two Premier Inn next to each other. This one makes use of the pub for meal options, the other the restaurant is internal. This hotel is long and spread out, our room was almost as far from reception as you can be. Being where these hotels are it is in a quiet area of Plymouth. Close to be Barbican and national aquarium, access to the Barbican is quick if the small bridge is open (0600 - 2300) not if you have to walk around, 5 minutes from entrance to aquarium. Room was clean and tidy if a bit small, bathroom had a good size shower, given most people probably only stay 1 / 2 nights it was okay. One thing they could do to help hotel guests is to give them free parking, rather than just the discounted rate. Happy to stay there again.
