Plymouth's working harbour dominates the view from 14 Spinnaker Quay, a three-bedroom apartment where the water and the boats are never out of sight. The building itself sits right at the quayside, so stepping onto the terrace or balcony puts you at the edge of the action—the kind of location that makes a seaside break feel genuinely different from anywhere else inland.
