Apartment 9 is a first-floor unit in the Harris Quarter, a converted building in Preston's town centre near the Magistrates Court. The entire space is yours: an open-plan living and dining area flowing into a fully fitted kitchen, a galleried bedroom with a double bed (4ft 6in), and a shower room with a walk-in enclosure. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in your stay.
The kitchen comes ready for self-catering with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The living area has a smart TV. A public car park is available nearby at extra cost. The apartment suits two people and does not permit smoking.
Preston itself has undergone significant regeneration, with its historic docks now home to shops, restaurants, bars and cultural venues. The Lake District is roughly an hour away by car or train, while the Lancashire coast—including Lytham St Annes and Cleveleys—is within easy reach. The Ribble Valley, known for food and countryside, lies to the north. The 21-mile Guild Wheel cycling and walking route circles the wider area.
