Mill Cottage is a converted farm building with original roof beams and stone walls, set within a courtyard shared with other holiday properties near Ivybridge in South Hams. The whole place is yours alone—a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home on a single level, sleeping four. Bedroom one has a four-poster double with its own ensuite; bedroom two contains two singles, also with ensuite facilities. A separate shower room serves additional guests. The living space is open-plan, combining kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a Freeview Smart TV and all the basics for self-catering: electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge.
Essentials are included—electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. There is parking for one car on site. The courtyard has a shared garden with furniture and a barbecue, though note there is a pond and fountain here. Laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer) are in a shared external room. One dog stays free. The location is three miles from Paignton's beach and close to the Colmer Estate; the surrounding countryside offers walking and exploring, with Marldon village and its church nearby. No smoking inside.

Mill cottage has a wonderful location, its ideally situated to explore the coast and Dartmoor. The cottage is well equipped, the facilities are first class, especially the indoor swimming pool. The gym is well equipped with a high standard of hygiene throughout. The cottage is very comfortable standing in lovely countryside in a very quiet area. There is a lake for those who would like to undertake some relaxed fishing or just wonder the ground or even play some tennis. The owners are very helpful and we are looking forward to returning in the near future

Great Holiday cottage set in a private estate with with two swimming pools (outdoor & indoor both heated) a fishing pond & woods there is also a ping pong table and a tennis court. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Our cottage had a small private garden with an outside table and chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and the place had a real homely feel. We spent a week there. We were a family of seven, four adults and three children aged 5, 6 & 12. Great base for a holiday in Devon.
