We went to watch our daughter take our grandchildren around the Go Ape at Itchen Park we were so impressed with the set-up down there. Especially after visiting the Go Ape at Moores Valley Country Park! Itchen Country Park Have a totally different breed of staff much more focused on the job! And wanting everyone to enjoy the experience, nothing is too much bother for any of them. From writing out certificates, having they're photos taken with the children (2 × 4 year olds) One member of staff even spent 20 minutes encouraging our granddaughter to jump off the last zip wire... She was so made up when she'd completed it bless her hearts 💕 we were so proud of them all. Thank-you to the team at Go Ape for making their day so special. You could show Moores Valley a thing or two about customer relations!!!

Really good day out and fun to challenge oneself. My family enjoyed the day watching us take on the Treetop Challenge. The Go Ape staff were excellent, extremely supportive, patient and professional. Big shout out to Ella, Kayleigh Vaughan, Sheryl, Mike, who were very reassuring folk.

We visited Go ape Southampton for the first time and my whole family loved it! Especially massive thank you to Mike,Will and Pheonix for guiding us through the our adventure. Definitely will come back soon😁

Whole family loved it! The eldest 13yr old pushed through his fears & had a great time on the Challenge course. I did the Adventure +course with our youngest due to her height. This was a great introduction for her & she's keen to go back again.
