Incredible Day Out – Best Play Center in Birmingham! We had an absolutely fantastic time at Monster Mayhem in Star City! It is easily one of the best places for kids to let off steam. My children enjoyed it so much and didn't want to leave. One of the biggest highlights for us was the food. It’s hard to find play centres that offer high-quality Halal options, but the food here was delicious and fresh.A massive thank you to the manager, Saleen. She was truly amazing—literally managing everyone and everything so professionally while still being incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure every guest was looked after, and her hard work really shows in how well the place is run.Great atmosphere, lovely staff, and happy kids. We will definitely be back soon! We came all the way from Bridgewater Somerset we enjoyed alot.

First time coming to Monster Mayhem today after finding out my 5-year old is a big fan. Lots of seating, options, activities with lots to choose from and very good positive vibes all-round. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Will be a returning customer (as my daughter is currently! 🤣)

We had an amazing experience at Monster Mayhem for the birthday party! Everything was perfectly arranged, well organised, and the atmosphere was fantastic from start to finish. The kids had an incredible time and the whole event ran so smoothly. A special thank you to Selena for her excellent dealing and outstanding customer service. She was so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout, making sure everything was taken care of perfectly. Her professionalism and warm attitude really made the day extra special. Highly recommend Monster Mayhem for anyone planning a birthday party . Truly a memorable experience! Mehreen

Whilst I can imagine it is good for older children my toddler who is nearly two it wasn’t great. There was no designated toddler area where you could close a gate to ensure they don’t get out. The seating had a high wall around it which meant I couldn’t see her. And there was lots of gaps in the soft play flooring and climbing equipment which my daughter kept tripping on. The dance floor was dirty and not properly working. The music was so loud in one area it was particularly unpleasant
