Sheepwash Square House is a 1600s Grade II listed property in a North Devon village, sleeping ten across six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The whole place is yours alone. A ground-floor living room has a woodburner and 40-inch smart TV; the kitchen is fitted with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and breakfast bar, with a separate utility room housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge-freezer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with initial logs for the fire. The bedrooms vary between doubles, singles and one kingsize; first-floor rooms have ensuite showers. A full bathroom with bath and shower completes the arrangement.

Outside, an enclosed lawned garden opens onto a patio with furniture and a summerhouse. Two cars can park on site. An external gym with exercise equipment and a 50-inch TV (basic Sky package plus Netflix) sits separate from the main house. The property does have uneven floors and small steps throughout. One well-behaved pet stays free. This suits groups and families; The Half Moon Inn is nearby if you'd rather not cook. No smoking indoors.
