Beachy Barn
Wealden
Beachy Barn is a flint and oak cottage dating back generations, positioned on the Wealden coast near Beachy Head. The building retains its character while offering modern comfort across three storeys. It sleeps six: one double bedroom, one single, and one triple room with three singles. Two bathrooms serve the property—one with a bath, one with a shower—plus a separate toilet in the utility room downstairs.
The ground floor is arranged around an open-plan kitchen and living space, with a dining table that extends to seat many, and French doors opening onto a terrace and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A back garden with seating area and barbecue provides outdoor space, and parking is available on site for three cars. Smoking is not permitted.
The location suits walkers and coastal explorers. Circular routes and longer footpaths begin nearby, and the white cliffs and Seven Sisters are within reach. East Dean village, a short walk inland, has a pub, café, Thai restaurant and deli around its green; the area also draws birdwatchers, artists and mountain bikers. One dog is welcome to stay.
