Thyme Cottage

East Dean and the Wealden coast draw walkers year-round, and Thyme Cottage sits well for exploring both the village itself and the dramatic cliffs nearby. The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms—one double with ensuite, two twins sharing a second bathroom—and you get the whole place to yourself, plus parking for three cars on site.

The ground floor is open-plan: a living space with smart TV, a separate dining area, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer available to guests. A back garden with a terrace and sitting area opens directly from the house, where you can have a barbecue or simply sit out. One dog is welcome. The cottage is no-smoking throughout.

Walking trails begin at the property, leading both to the coast and inland towards the village. Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters are within reach on foot, and East Dean itself has pubs and a deli within the village centre.
