About The Cross at Croscombe
The Cross at Croscombe occupies a fifteenth-century building in the village of Croscombe, three miles from Wells, and has built a strong reputation as a bed and breakfast, having been named B&B and Guesthouse of the Year in the Bristol, Bath and Somerset Tourism Awards.
Each of its rooms is individually designed with an en suite bathroom, most with king-size beds, a flat-screen television and tea and coffee-making facilities, and guests have use of a courtyard garden for warmer months.
Its village setting offers a quieter alternative to staying in central Wells, while remaining close enough for an easy drive or taxi into the cathedral, Market Place and city-centre restaurants.
