The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for one car and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. WhiteTor Farm: MeaderBarn is a convenient base for exploring this wonderful part of Devon. Note: The property is accessed via rural lanes that are narrow, with degraded and potholed surfaces in places Please note there is no smoking allowed at all on the entirety of the property, this is due to the amount of straw and hay in the area and to avoid any fire risks, if you would like to smoke, it will take you about 15 minutes to walk off the grounds.
