The Hayloft

The Hayloft is a converted barn on the edge of the Cotswolds, near Towcester on the Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire border. The whole property sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ground floor has a living room with woodburner and Freeview Smart TV, plus a kitchen/dining room with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. Upstairs are two further bedrooms. All three bedrooms have zip-and-link doubles that can be made into two single beds on request. Gas underfloor central heating keeps the place warm, and the initial load of wood for the burner is included. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all provided.

Outside, there is a lawned garden with patio and furniture, plus parking for two cars. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. The location offers quick access to the M40 at junctions 10 and 11, making it convenient for longer journeys, but the surrounding countryside is quiet and rural with established footpaths and bridleways. The nearby villages of Aynho, Deddington, Chipping Norton and Moreton-in-Marsh have shops, tea rooms and pubs; Banbury is the closest market town. Blenheim Palace is under thirty minutes' drive away. No smoking throughout the property.
