The Stalls is a converted barn sleeping eight across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with space to genuinely spread out. Three of the bedrooms have zip-and-link doubles that split into singles if needed; the fourth has two single beds. Downstairs, the open-plan living and kitchen area has a wood-burning stove, Freeview Smart TV, and a full kitchen for self-catering. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial fuel for the stove.
The property sits on the edge of rolling countryside between Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire, where footpaths and bridle paths thread through the landscape. The garden has a patio and furniture, plus a private hot tub for four. You get parking for three cars and a lawned outdoor space to use however you like. The nearby village of Aynho is known for apricot trees trained up the stone walls of period houses. Banbury, Chipping Norton, Moreton-in-Marsh and Shipston-on-Stour are all close by, offering the sort of high streets with tea shops and country pubs the Cotswolds is known for. Blenheim Palace is under 30 minutes away. The M40 (junctions 10 and 11) is a short drive, making it straightforward to reach Birmingham or London if you need to, though most people come to walk, explore the villages, or simply use the hot tub.
