About Croft No2 Campsite

What visitors say
A remote and lovely campsite situated in the most incredible remote place. Angus the owner was great, as was the girl (I'm so sorry I forget her name) who helped us inflate our paddle boards. Facilitate are spotless and functional with a toilet/shower cabin and kitchen space and outdoor hanging lines. Barra in general is amazing and the campsite has the most amazing beach that is protected from the harsh Atlantic sea. White sand and blue seas walkable at low tide and cristal clear at full tide. Just amazing for water sports. We will definitely be back and can't thank the team enough.

I left this morning to continue my Outer Hebrides trip, but I could easily have stayed for days. The location is stunning, with beautiful walks in every direction. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great for watersports (which was my intention), so I suppose I'll just have to come back one day. The toilet and shower was spotless. I was warmly welcomed by Eilidh, who couldn't do enough and was a wealth of local info. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a lovely stay here camping for two nights, the location is amazing with direct access to the beach. The host was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. All the facilities were in perfect condition and it had everything we needed

Returned to the site after a number of years. We chose a non electric pitch which overlooked the beach on the other side of the road to the campsite. The views from our van were lovely. Angus the owner was there to welcome us and previously had made the online booking so easy. He showed us around the toilet & shower block facilities which has been recently redecorated and were spotlessly clean. There was a washing machine available to use. The shower room was spacious with constant hot water. There was only one toilet and one shower on site, which was fine for us in early season. This site is a simple site, locally owned in a stunning location.
