The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms: upstairs, a kingsize with ensuite shower; downstairs, a second bedroom with two single beds and its own ensuite. The living space is open plan—kitchen, dining and sitting area flowing together—with a smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker for evenings in. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and combined washer-dryer. Essentials like bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided. There is parking for one medium car on site.
The property does not permit smoking. It overlooks the bowling green and recreation ground, with views towards Loughrigg and the fells beyond.
