Borranside

Borranside is a two-bedroom bungalow in Westmorland and Furness, positioned across from Borrans Park with unobstructed access to Lake Windermere's shoreline. The entire property sits on one level, making it straightforward to navigate. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—sleep four people. One bathroom has a bath with shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. The living room contains a woodburner (logs included in winter), and the dining room connects to a kitchen equipped with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Wi-Fi and electricity are covered in your stay, as are bed linen and towels.

Front and rear gardens with furniture wrap around the property, and there is parking for two cars on site. A short walk brings you to Waterhead Bay with its pubs, restaurants and the Windermere Ferry Pier; Ambleside town centre is ten minutes on foot. The location works well for families wanting easy access to both the lake and the surrounding fells. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking inside.
