Brent Cottage is a four-bedroom house sleeping eight, positioned in central Windermere within easy reach of the lake and fell walks. The ground floor comprises two living areas (one with smart TV and electric fire, one with Freeview and DVD), a separate dining room, and a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Bedroom 1, also on this level, is a double with its own ensuite shower. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: one with bunk beds, and two doubles—one with an ensuite shower and heated towel rail. A family bathroom serves the remaining bedroom. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are all included.

A private parking space sits beneath the first floor, accessed through a secure gate. The enclosed rear garden has seating and a table. The property is no smoking. Windermere town itself has pubs, cafés and shops; the lake is within walking distance for water sports and steamer trips to Ambleside and Lakeside. Fell walks of varying difficulty start nearby, and Bowness-on-Windermere, home to the World of Beatrix Potter, is close by.
