Cherry Cottage

Cherry Cottage is a four-bedroom house in Kirkby-in-Furness, a quiet village in the Eden Valley within reach of the Lake District. It sleeps up to nine across four rooms: one king with an en-suite, two further king bedrooms, and a fourth with two single beds plus a pull-out single. A second bathroom has both a bath and walk-in shower. The property is yours alone, with private parking for three cars and an enclosed garden.

Downstairs, the living room centres on an 85-inch smart TV with cinema surround sound and a wood burner (logs included). The kitchen/dining room has a breakfast bar, electric oven, combi microwave and dishwasher opening onto the garden. There's a separate games room, utility room with washer and tumble dryer, and a dedicated doggy spa for pets. Underfloor heating covers the ground and first floors. Essentials including Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are provided. The real draw is the six-person hot tub in the garden, plus the games room for rainy days—useful company if you're visiting with a larger group or extended family. One dog stays free. No smoking throughout.
