Crag View occupies the first floor of a Victorian manor set in mature gardens and woodland, backing onto Esso Plantation. The property is yours alone, with access to private parking for one car and communal visitor spaces if needed.

Two bedrooms sleep four: one with a double bed and ensuite shower, the other with zip-and-link single beds. A second bathroom has a bath with shower over. The living and dining room opens to fell views from its west-facing windows, with an electric fire for winter comfort and a 32" TV for quieter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Heating is gas central, controlled by thermostat. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Smoking is not permitted.

A pub sits within a mile. From the property, walks onto the surrounding fells are accessible on foot, and Lake Windermere lies less than 200m away via Borrans Park. The terrain requires negotiating 14 steps to reach the entrance.
