The flat is arranged on one level. A combined living and dining space opens onto a patio and the shared garden, which includes a BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an oven, hob, microwave, air fryer and slow cooker. There is one double bedroom and a shower room with heated towel rail. Essentials like electricity, bed linen and towels are included; you also have wifi and private parking for one car. A washing machine and dryer are available on a shared basis.

One dog is welcome, to be kept on a lead in the garden. Smoking is not permitted. The position makes it a genuine base for walking—Wansfell is accessible directly from the property—or simply for exploring the town and the surrounding countryside.
