Little Beck

Little Beck is a ground-floor cottage with everything needed for a short break or longer stay. The single bedroom has a super king bed, there's a shower room, and an open-plan living space combining kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, microwave and fridge mean you can prepare meals rather than relying on takeaways. Freeview TV, DVD and CD player are there if you want them. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, so there are no hidden costs to sort out on arrival.

The cottage sits on its own in Westmorland and Furness, with parking for two cars on site and a pub within a mile. One dog or cat stays free. There's a lawned garden with patio furniture and a portable barbecue for outdoor cooking, plus a bike store if you're bringing bicycles. A stream runs about 10 yards from the property. The shared laundry facilities are coin-operated. No smoking inside.
