Ryecroft

Ryecroft sits within easy reach of Windermere and Bowness, with local restaurants, shops and a pub all nearby. The cottage itself is a traditional Lakeland building with a front garden and private parking for one car. A neighbour has right of way through a garden walkway to access their property.

Inside, the ground floor holds a living and dining room with a 32" television, DVD and CD players, and an open fire. The kitchen has a Rayburn cooker, breakfast area, and combi microwave and oven. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed (4ft 6in), one with two single beds (3ft)—and a bathroom with a bath and shower over. The cottage sleeps 4. An external utility room contains a fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi and electricity are included; fuel for the fire is available locally. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The property is a whole cottage to yourselves, with no smoking permitted. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
