Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with patio and furniture, at the rear there is a small enclosed garden plus parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets, but sorry, no smoking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a pub, and within 0.8 miles, a shop. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Cosy Peacock awaits for your rural escape. Three-storey. Two second floor bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size, 1 x king size. Please be advised that the bedding and pillowcase is Egyptian cotton and feathers. The main bathroom has a P-shaped bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin, and WC. Kitchen/diner. First-floor sitting room with Juliette balcony and woodburning stove. Extra storage available in a small out house on the far right of the row of the out houses. This can suitable for storing suitcases in. Please check your key collection details for further information.

Logs, kindling and fire lighters to light the wood burning stove for one night. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for 2 cars . En-closed rear garden and open seating area at the front.
